HOIM International operates through seven key program areas:

Community Empowerment

HOIM International seeks to partner with local and international groups to develop capacity building in local communities, help the most vulnerable improve their well-being, overcome poverty, injustice and social degradation through vocational training, education, ESL and Computer literacy programs.

Disaster Relief and Intervention

HOIM International seeks to mobilize resources for disaster emergency relief and intervention aimed at community health and organization.

Community Development and Social Transformation

HOIM International seeks to work with local community groups to initiate and support community led projects that seek to improve access to clean water, education, healthcare, and housing. These efforts are done in partnership with local community groups, churches, and civic leaders to ensure culturally relevant and sustainable impact.

Support Women and Children Victims of War and Conflicts

HOIM International seeks to enhance and facilitate support for women and children victims of war violence and conflicts through women empowerment initiatives, child advocacy programs, clinical counseling, home economics, micro-enterprises, vegetable and crops production, and animal husbandry.

Leadership Training and Development

HOIM International seeks to foster leadership development through community-based initiatives aimed at community transformation, peacebuilding and reconciliation. We seek to provide training workshops, mentorship, and support to emerging leaders from underserved communities, equipping men and women with leadership skills grounded in Christian ethics. Our goal is to develop responsible, visionary leaders who can serve their communities with integrity.

Skills Development and Job Training

HOIM International offers vocational training programs, including sewing, agriculture, computer literacy, and business skills, designed to empower individuals to become economically self-reliant. Specific focus is given to youth, women, and displaced populations.

Spiritual Formation and Discipleship

At the core of HOIM International’s work is the Christian message of love. Through Bible studies, community support groups and pastoral support, we seek to foster spiritual growth and moral development in the individual and communities we serve.
